Come learn about the importance of mending and how to do some basic mending stitches! Bring any clothes you need to mend, and we will have all our mending tools, books, and supplies on hand. If you haven't got anything to mend or alter, we'll have some embroidery supplies on hand as well.

About the event
Come learn about the importance of mending and how to do some basic mending stitches! Bring any clothes you need to mend, and we will have all our mending tools, books, and supplies on hand. If you haven't got anything to mend or alter, we'll have some embroidery supplies on hand as well.
We will also have our educational component with Abby, where she will be sharing some history of popular fashion trends originating from black culture.
